Processing & Delivery Times

Pre-Order Items: Ships within 8 weeks from order date

 In-Stock Items: Ships within 3-5 business days

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Domestic (United States):

• Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5-7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping: $13.99 (2-3 business days)

• Free Shipping on orders over $100

International Shipping:

• Calculated at checkout (10-21 business days)

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@sakatumi.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Damaged Items: We'll send a replacement at no charge Lost Packages: We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once resolved

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at info@sakatumi.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
